Sales & Marketing Initiative

The Lower Columbia Initiatives Corp. (LCIC) has initiated a Sales and Marketing campaign designed to build the confidence of Lower Columbia residents in their regional economy. As part of the campaign, the LCIC developed a ‘Thriving Communities’ themed graphic to showcase a series of economic development metrics highlighting the region’s dynamic and thriving economy.

We are very happy with the way they turned out; we hope that you will also see their value and participate in our initiative. Our goal is to educate our residents about the truly positive and sometimes quite surprising facts about the local economy in the Lower Columbia region. In theory residents will then communicate their confidence and the information to their visitors- ultimately attracting investment and retaining residents to our region.

The LCIC will be distributing the ‘Thriving Communities’ metrics throughout the next four months via: community websites, social media, radio and print advertising, and company and community newsletters. The metric below is the first to be released to the public. A different metric will be published monthly, and will be available in html code as well as pdf, eps, and jpg formats.
